Backstory:

Early Life
Hades was born in a underground fighters home, where he was breed to be the most perfect pit in the ring. His father was a champion within the ring and his mother was a rare breed of pit bull because of her unique fur. He bore her markings and his father's strong muscles. Hades fulfilled his sole purpose and trained with his father to start fighting. He saw his father fight against odds, and it seem that he was unstoppable. His father taught him that it's a killed or be killed and as long as his son lived by that rule, he would be safe. He had to put his survival first and no one else's, and that's just what he did. Hades filled the expectations of many as he flew through his opponents, not even considering that he killed someone. He was number one, and survival was his main objective. Hades was in a good place... until the one fateful battle that changed everything. Hades heard that he was going to be fighting a longtime champion, and back then he didn't think anything of it. The battle started and presented before him was his final opponent in the fighting ring: his own father. Hades couldn't even believe it, the humans were cruel enough to pit him against his own kind, but to put him against his own father... he couldn't do it. Hades whined and cried, trying to get out of the ring, but his own father was already charging at him. He howled in pain as his eyesight blurred, and when he was able to focus his vision was half. He couldn't see from his right eye, and the rest of his face felt like he was in fire. The howls from the humans were also cut down in volume and it took a second to hear his father, yelling at him. He was calling him a coward, a disappointment to his legacy. He had taught him better, and if he didn't fight now he was going to die. Hades felt so much emotions running through him, pain, anger, sadness, shame, so he went truly berserk as he charged at his dad. The battle ended, the noises all died down, and Hades was left feeling almost nothing as the humans dragged his father away in a bodybag.

Hades still completed in fights, but not as much in intensity as before his injury. Hades had began to suspect that he was going to be taking out of the ring soon, and put to death. But even before they could do that the police broke into the fighting game and arrested anyone they could find there. The animals were taken and examined to see if they were able to be tamed or not. Hades off-putting appearance and temperament meant that he wouldn't be saved, which meant that Hades had to escape in order to survive. The humans were careless, they would open the cage in order to feed the canines, so when they did that Hades used his strength to over come the human and leaped out of the cage, making a quick dash to the door. The opening of the entrance was automatic, so he had no trouble rushing through and going into free land. Hades traveled far away from the place, into the nearby woodlands where he deemed it safe enough stay. Hades quickly found places where he could find garbage and leftovers, but as he wandered farther and farther, he had fewer places to scavenge from. Hades couldn't hunt properly, mostly because he was never taught how. He was only expected to fight and not hunt for his meal, and since he couldn't do either in this vast new world, he was lost. It seemed the more he walked, the more lost and hungry he became. One night, as he sat under the shed of the trees, cold and hungry, he thought that he had truly failed his father now. He wasn't going to die in the glory of battle, turns out his murderer was going to be starvation. He had tried to rationalized the idea, thinking that even if he did survive, what was he going to do with the remaining time he had left? His sole purpose in the world was to fight. This place had no more for Hades, so he should just die. This was his last thought as he drifted to sleep, sleep of a disapproving father and the cruel howls of the humans that yelled and taunted him.

He couldn't believe that the laughter didn't die when he woke from his slumber. A few seconds later though, he realized that another creature was near, and he quickly got up to see who the intruder was. It turned out of be a canine like him, with sharper eyes and a longer muzzle that was filled with gray bits of fur. Hades growled at the stranger, ready to use the last strength he had left if this animal wanted to rumble. The canine told him to settle down, he was just laughing at the young dog because he looked like a puppy. Hades felt humiliated and growled at him, which lead to the canine having to calm him down again. He hadn't mean to intend any disrespect, and apologized with giving him a rabbit that he had just hunted. Hades was rather resilient about taking his offering, but he caved in before his stomach did. The canine introduced himself as leader of the Castleton, a group of canines that worked together in order to survive. They fought other groups of dogs in order to obtain Silence, a human-less city. When Hades asked what they would gain with controlling the city, the old canine just told him power. If the group was in control of the city they were in control of everything. Hades thought the idea was appealing, it would guaranteed his survival. When the dog offered him to join his group, Hades took the offer.

His adjustment to the pack life was much more different then his previous life. For one, he had to learn how to trust the other canines that populated the area. He stuck to the general for a long time before he started to open up to the others. He learned from them and they learned from him, whether it was hunting or fighting. He realized that his dogs were poor and hungry, but mostly scared of being eliminated. If he was back in the fighting ring then he wouldn't think anything of it, maybe even call them pathetic. But now they were canines with feelings and emotions, fathers who want to protect their children. If gaining this city was their ultimate goal, then he would help them achieve it. His new purpose was born. It wasn't any surprise when Hades was appointed the next General. It was disheartening to this the old general die, his second father taken from him, but he promised to make Castleton a force to be reckon with. Their losing strike with the Navy Division was going to end soon. He is currently two months into his position and restoring Castleton piece by piece.

Roleplay example:

The boom of howls and growls made the earth shake under him as he entered the scene. Canines fighting tooth to tooth as they wrestled one another into submission. The battle wasn't going well for them as he saw his canines getting injured left to right. Hades had enough of watching as he started to bark orders, "Take the injured back to base! The rest of you use the technique that we've practiced!" On beat the injured canines retreated, making room for the other ones who paired up and started fighting back to back. Hades charged onwards right into the middle of the fray, where one of his subordinates was pinned under a Great Dane, clearly out matched. He waste no time and plunged at the large dog, giving the other canine a chance to escape. Once his enemy recollected himself he charged head first at him. Hades quickly slide to the side as the Great Dane tried to take advantage of Hades's tore side to dive in for an attack 'Big mistake,' thought Hades as he plunged first into the Dane's throat and fiercely shook. He could hear the canine choking, which Hades deemed good enough as he released the dog and a bite on the rump as the Dane was sent running with his tail between his legs.
